yes, leesho10, I did medicals upfront (i was just tired of waiting for 20 months without any news). Got "decision made" status and request to send my passport on Dec 3rd.

Leesho10 keep waiting, they are slowly working on it. I am Nov. 2013 applicant, and just got email to pay RPRF on Nov 25th. Don't loose hope, we all will get it soon!

yes, I ordered twice. They still haven't approved eligibility part, and the due date Nov 7, 2015. So it will be like 2 years for a simple application (single applicant, no kids, graduated from a canadian university and worked 1 year as a retail manager.) What else do they need? :(
