Can you please explain how we can get 40 points for Spouse WES??

Can anyone let me know how can one increase scores in skills transferbaility section?? Plus spouse's WES attestation helps increasing scores?? How come?? m gonna get my attestations soon, my husband has already got his WES done.

I m in process of getting attestations done & will score around 390s. I need to ask how spouse's degree attestation can help u increase ur score. cux they give u 8 scores if he/she has a bachelors degree.. They didnt mention that it should be WES attested though my husband got his degrees...
