No. If you are carrying total funds (total of all currencies) of more than CAD 10 K, then you have to declare it on the landing / immigration card. When you go to the customs officer for the goods accompanying / goods to follow etc., he/she will fill this up and file it for their records.

i wud suggest that u apply for the pcc after coming back from india.. it only takes abt 4-5 days.. or else obtain it before if u can manage to submit ur applicatn before travelling..
