Hi irisuppal, Passport has to be submitted through nearest VFS office. I think there is one in Chandigarh.They will collect the fees and send your passports to New Delhi office.

At last I have received response from Delhi Visa Office on 26-May . Submitted the passports in VFS today.

Wait time is now 20 days . No response from New Delhi Office too. Sent reminders to Ottawa (CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca)as well as New delhi office (delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca). Running out of 30 day period.. only 8 working days left.

Thanks Nihon. This time I have sent a request to CHC Delhi mentioning that I have received a "Ready For Visa "mail from CPC-Ottawa on 5-May. Mentioned the reason for change of VO.

You can call them on 1-613-944-4000 (US number). They will redirect you to CIC call centre. My wait time is also same like yours. Usually they are taking 3 weeks to respond to any mail. But this wait time is bit annoying. Can we copy to any other alternate mail too so that at least our mail...

Usually they respond with in 2-3 weeks. If there are too many applications, this might get delayed further. The only worrying factor is the time frame for submitting the passports is only 30 days.

Is it ? Did any one earlier sent to that mail as well. I have called them on 1-613-944-4000 and trace the response for my mail. The call center agent mentioned that there is no info recorded for that mail.That means they have not even opened the mail. It could be the same with you.

Not yet. Waiting time has been 6 days now ..

I have received "Ready for Visa" mail on 5th May 2015. I was asked to send the passports to Ottawa. Requested them for change of VO to New Delhi on 6th May. Yet to receive the response.
