My friend is a little bit worried,bec.last two days he applied his work permit,.and now he noticed that his wage or rate per hour is different from his LMIA,for only .28 difference...now i just want to ask if this case may lead to reject his work permit or still good?... ::)

Is there any aditional ducuments to comply,.like ECA and language test to be submit for the work permit?

My friend is currently working in food industry as non skilled,.he found a new job at the same field..the new employer want to give him LMIA as skilled..is he eligible to process his work permit using the new LMIA?
