They have mentioned that ur fund should remain before 3months of application.. so bcoz its there before 2months only. So might be bcoz of that they refuse.. i think u should apply in next intake..

its not an issue.. some time they take 1 to 2 weeks to change the status from WOA to in process. So just wait soon it will change.

Actually if your document is not in English and you are translating it in English with help of lawyer then they will also translate the stamp and in addition you will just need translator's affidavit.
