Thanks Harrycan, On my ECAS page it only shows home address and they never asked me any additional documents for change of address.

Actually i received mail just before real rain starts :) anyways congrats to you and yup waiting time is over, infact i was thinking to give my documents by hand to the visa officer as i am reside in ottawa (JOKE) :D

Update: It's 11:55 in Ottawa of October 21, 2015. Some 10 mins ago I received my passport request. My status on ECAS is DM since September 18. Good luck guys

No, they are so reluctant to answer anything specifically. Only response I get is wait till end of time period which is 13 months according to them. Hopefully any positive thing appear today Friday, Oct 16, 2015

I just call them and reply was as usual, You are still in time frame and its normal some time they take time to reply after DM. Anyways I am Dec 16 applicant and got DM status update on September 18.

Congrats, can imagine your excitement. I am December 16,2014 applicant and got "DM" on September 18, 2015.

Hey Quink, On my ECAS status page it shows only "CURRENT HOME ADDRESS" which is same as i changed after moving in new house, but not sure about mailing address as it won't shown anywhere on status page.

One more thing which i forget to mention in my previous post is about Canadian Police Certificate, call center agent told me, they don't to need any sort of police certificate or any type of background check from Canada Police, CIC WILL DO BY THEM SELF .

Hello Guys, Well m also a victim of same generic mail which we all received yesterday ;D i called cic and ask them about the situation and first two agents are not very cooperative but luckily i find third one cooperative fella, he asked my Application Number and give me detail information...

I am in same situation, still my ECAS saying "Application Received". My wife and son both did their medical for work permit and visa extension respectively, but only to make it no more complicated for them we all did our medical last month and submitted by doctor but still no confirmation from CIC.
