Mine still shows under process. Officer visited house last week for PV but status has not changed to print yet. Not sure why they are so slow. How can i follow up regarding this?

you should have sent the updated passport copy when application was in process. Remember you have only 30 days to send your passport after passport request. Why you have new passport if old was valid? Does your tracker shows visa validity date...
