In my opinion, CIC only need those candidates who have PNP or Job letter. That's why they do only 1 draw in a months and waits for those candidates to apply for EE. Hope u all got it what i mean to say. So try searching for job or sponsorship (Hard to get it without agent and spending money).

9th draw done: 1361 invitees and 755 minimum score. Don't understand the system. 755 minimum score means a candidate has a job offer letter or PNP for which they earn 600 points and if we minus 600 points from 755 i.e. 755-600 = 155. So with 155 basic points, how can a candidate is eligible...

It's a crap system! Canadian gov just want to make money. They are not bother to invite technical skilled immigrants. If they are, than they must sub divide their system based on NOC.

Might be CIC is waiting for the Candidates with higher points than 453. CIC should change its invitation structure. They should keep quota's for specific jobs as required and needed to satisfy labour market needs.
