Have you ever received an email entitled application transfer? If not, then check the bottom of your medical request email, is that CIO or CIC Ottawa? My friends who got medical request from CIC Ottawa all received PPR directly before Ecas showing IP. If you are not sure, call them tomorrow...

An interesting thing is that Ottawa and Sydney are processing applications differently. CIC Ottawa usually skips the procedure of IP, so maybe your app is in Ottawa and you will get PPR email directly without IP. I also felt sad when i was informed that even October and November applicants...

No, they didn't require anything, but I have submitted both pcc from my home country and RCMP together with my application, hope this helps.
