    Thank you so much! regarding your answers, by "because as far as I know you must have valid status in Canada at the time of issuing the PR visa" do you mean they wont send the COPR papers in the mail?..... or they will not sign the COPR papers at the border? I'm aware I can't get my COPR...

    URGENT: BOWP denied while implied status (Inland PR SINP)

    BOWP was denied while on implied status (closed work permit expired) due to employer restriction (I was unaware of the BOWP rule change Aug, 2014) CIC phone receptionist and website questions both led me to BOWP. Receptionist said the application would result in a closed work permit if not...
