I wasn't receiving any mails delivered by Canada Post last week either. But today I got a package delivered by CP, so hopefully this means they are trying to deliver stuff now...

Also if they say they mailed it on the 30th, it probably means they put them in the envelope and left in the mail room on the 30th. 1st was a holiday and CP might picked it up on the 4th...so that means today it's the 6th business day it has been mailed out...with all the strike and negociation...

I just called and the card has been mailed out on June 30th and I haven't received it...normally Ottawa to Toronto is just 2-3 days...hope we get them soon...

You can email CIC after the registration and let them know your wedding ceremony will take place in October, and CIC will send you the additional info for your spouse, and you can wait to submit them once you have your wedding ceremony. Ok I was in a similar PGWP situation a couple of years ago: when people first apply for study permit, they normally are granted with however long the study period is plus three to four months for applying PGWP, but for me, because of my co-op, I graduated four months later than the normal study...

I did my medical in Feb 5 2015, PPR Feb 3 2016, and today we received the visa stamp and CoPR valid until Dec 2016. I was inland so my understanding is VO will extend your medical validity beyond one year and give you proper time to prepare for landing. Good luck and congrats.

I also recommend him, fast process and relatively cheaper than downtown panel physicians. I did mine with him, and my spouse did his with one downtown, who charged $50 more and almost messed up with the forms/file number. But note the x Ray is not onsite, it is 2 blocks away.
