Hi Tipsy, the letter send by CIC was a template and had checkboxes which stated the reason for refusal. Ours only had the NBI clearance checked. But I've already reapplied and included it last week. :)

I'm not exactly sure what SOP is since I'm a newbie. But I uploaded mine with the letter or explanation. :)

Did you submit your application online as well? If so, where did you attach/upload it?

That's the only reason they indicated. I have everything ready: tuition fee is paid, strong financial proof (c/o my father as sponsor), I have a place to stay in CA. This is why it's all the more frustrating. :(
