We are still waiting to get our Tourist Visa for India after spending over $350 in courier for 4 Tourist Visa applications through BLS in Ottawa. The application was accepted at the High Commission office in Ottawa on Feb 8, 2022. I don't understand the reason for this delay.

Yeah that's what we thought, however we called BLS and was advised we can't file an application through them since the Passport is with High Commission. So she decided to go there directly and got her passport without the tourist Visa.

Yeah same with me as well. I tried that option and even emailed a couple of times to the High commission office and they never effing replied back.

One of my family members travelled to India last week. No PCR test was required (Flight used was Air France via Paris to New Delhi). Hope this helps.
