I'm one of the person who is waitng AOR still now :-X I've got ITA on 27th Feb under CEC and submited my doc on 19th Mar including medical too. However, still no AOR message but changed my status to OPEN on early of Apr. Many people got AOR without delay but some have a few delay & not sure...
