Thanks a lot Arvind for replying, So AOR2 is the acknowledgement of receipt of the application? And this is an email? Does it mean the same thing when the status says medical records received or is that different? Sorry, so many questions.

Hi My situation is that i applied to sponsor my wife in Nov 2014 and got sponsor evaluation done in Feb 2015, the status now on the CIC website is Medical records received. Do you know or can give me an idea what the next step would be and a rough timeline based on peoples experiences here...
