Hi, Can someone please let me know how to get a prepaid return envelop from USA to Canada. I am in Toronto and I am not able to find a postal service which can give me prepaid return envelop. All return envelops are only with 3 days shipping in future.

For those who are looking for answer to this, yes the certificates are mailed in separate envelopes, And they may arrive on different dates.

Hi, I received the citizenship certificate for my child today. However, my and my wife’s certificates are not in the envelope. Is this normal? Do they mail certificates in separate mails for family applications?

I have the paper application, family based and processing in Scarborough. I got all steps completed on Apt-22 and still no oath invite. Scarborough is very slow and it’s frustrating.

Hi, Does any one know how long does it take after all steps are completed to schedule for citizenship ceremony? Tracker shows all steps, except citizenship ceremony completed on Apr-22. However the ceremony is still "Not started"

I go mine updated too. All completed on Apr-25, except for ceremony, its in "not started" status.

I have not heard from SCR office since Nov. it seems they are the slowest

what are the options for the call? I am trying this - Call IRCC on 888-242-2100 and speak to an agent about your Citizenship application (use menu options 1-1-1-4-1).

Just curious what number where you calling? I called multiple times IRCC never picks up.

My processing is in Scarborough too. test completed in Nov. only background and test completed everything in progress status. I have requested for notes, waiting to see where the hold up is.

Does anyone know if the FBI police certificate is needed for prohibition check or background check ? I submitted the FBI report back in sep-2022, since then I have complete citizenship test and the background check is also "complete" However, the status is still "waiting on you". I am not sure...

I called IRCC and did not get through, there was this standard message that they are busy with Refugee crisis. Has this improved? can we get to talk to someone now ?
