PPR received just now! 06:50am GMT ;D

I received the ghost email a week ago, and this morning my ECAS changed to "decision made". From posts on here, it looks like I'll have to wait another week or two to learn what the decision is. Eek it's nerve wracking - but at least there's been movement.

So my ECAS has changed to "decision made"! It was 1 week after the ghost email. Any updates for everyone else?

Thank you. Took medical exams on 11th April. Our ECAS is quite behind out CIC log in, so we tend not to check that. Stills says bg checks in progress. I'll update you when it changes.

Yep, you're right. The frustration isn't so much with waiting for the PR visa to be issued, it's whether or not that decision is a definite "yes" after coming so close. If you choose not to pay upfront, then the receival of the RPRF is almost a 90% guarantee you're accepted, especially since...

I received ITA on March 27 too (applying from the UK). RPRF request on 13th August, paid immediately, but heard nothing since.

Me and my husband were asked to pay RPRF on 13th August (paid immediately) and have not heard anything since. The security check status is still sat at "not started". I am a little worried about rejection, but overall I think you're correct in thinking that CIC aren't going to deem you eligible...
