We are in the same situation. We were able to complete the Specialist Report that was required for my son who also has a speech delay. After one week of submitting the documents, we got an email from the Visa Office that my son needs to undergo further tests.

We have the same timeline. Got our AOR last March 24. Still no MR as of date. Where can we make the follow up?

Hi ya 'all. Newbie here :). We applied in Oct 2014 and got our AOR last Mar 24. However, until today we have not received our medical exam request yet. Anyone else in the same predicament? Thanks.
