Hi guys I have a question for the people who got their Constancia de Datos registrales in Mexico. - when you got the letter from the embassy to request the Constancia, who "signed" that letter? Is it the person the Constancia was addressed to?

Nada, still waiting... What's the last thing or message you received from both parts? CIC and the Canadian embassy? I wonder how did it go with Frenchfrance. We should be able to get it ourselves by a third party, with a power of attorney. I heard that's the way it is done for the EE applicants

Appatently some people sent it to that one you mentioned; but some of us sent it to this one: Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 193, Col. Granada, 11520, México, D.F. Both of them should be good I guess

Does anyone know of a recent case/application where they received their Constancia? Is this the normal processing time? Or this is a special situation? I heard about people applying inside Mexico and from different countries (for different PR) and apparently it took them no more than 2 weeks...

You need to have the pdf with the Embassy letter, print it out and bring it to a PGR sede (not agencia) in your state along with the other required documents. Applying takes 45 minutes and processing is 10 working days at the most. Ours was ready in 4 days. You need to pick it up as soon as they...

Thanks frenchfrance! That's actually my doubt; i checked last year the same link; and I remember the address for the canadian embassy in Mexico city was there; but in January they removed it. So it made me wonder if I had to send it to Ottawa or Mexico City! But thanks for letting Me know...
