I finally got some movement for my mom's application for Pre-arrival services and Medical requests. My file is one of the many that got transferred to Montreal. Pre Arrival letter - 21st of June and Medical requests the 25th of June 2024. When will they ask for the PCC?

In my opinion I would say accept the ITA. Do all the groundwork in India, interms of medical, PCC and proof of funds. The request of passport is in the last stages of the processing. Plus it doesn't sound like your gonna be in Germany beyond 6mths so I don't see where you would need to inform...
