hi there..i need help with completing a Open work permit form for my spouse..am due to start in September and we are having trouble understanding the form..correct me if am wrong but i assume that the form is to be submitted together with my study permit forms etc..but ..on the work permit form...

Has anyone noticed that there is a difference in the list of countries whose citizens require visas to enter canada? The first link shows one set as seen below cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5269ETOC.asp the second link shows a different set...
