the agent is half wrong.In the website it says that anyboy who applies for OWP after 22 of December they might have their app processed in 4 months.So it's not 100% sure but most people getting it in 4 months or even less...So keep your faith and hope you'll get it in 4 months...:)

No you don't.Only applicants whose application is received after the 21st of February have to pay the extra $100.

The most secure way,is to apply for visitor's visa extension first and wait until it goes through.after that you can apply for OWP.I'm telling you this because when I applied for OWP I called them three times,and their first question was, If I have a valid status.At the end it's your choise,but...

Someguys that applied seperately in Jan 27th and Jan 30th got their OWP last week.I applied 26th Jan,sent seperately from my PR in Vegreville.So I guess that they started issuing OWP but randomly:(

What I think is that CIC is looking for excuses to postpone your apps.They are bureaucrats.My opinion is that you should call them, tell them that you forgot it and ask information on how to send it,so that you don't have any delays

Don't worry.They don't send AOR for the OWP.they don't send anything.You just sit and wait.Hopefully you'll get it soon

I've sent my PR application in August 2014 without an OWP application because my lawyer told me so(and I trusted him), so when I heard about the OWP pilot program I applied for my OWP at 22nd of January 2015.They received it at 26th of January according to Canada Post.But still I havent received...
