yes their customer care is stupid. I sent them my query and they just gave standard reply which is on their FAQ that for ECS you need to send your mark sheets and degree in sealed envelop...lol... Seems they didn't read what I asked. So should I take lesson from your case and send just Master...

I think I will register for IELTS again and depending on how situation change till April 20th, I will take a decision whether to re-appear for it or not. 2500 loss is not big considering the end result. I think I should take that.All I don;t want to miss the chance.
