I re-checked CIC web and NOC 4012 is level A skilled work. No problem. I am thinking the occupation part. In 2014, there were only limited occupations (50?) can apply FSW. However, under Express Entry, is there any info saying only what kinds of occupations can apply FSW? I didn't find any info.
