yup I think they are right. You will be assessed as Bachelors 4 year. Mine was too 3 years and they asassessed it as Degree program.

for POF its very important that you have the funds in Applicants' name. Even a smsll doubt in Visa Officers' mind may reject your application. Just someone mentioned in the forum that his visa got rejected because he failed to mention from where the money was wired into his account.
