what time exactly did u submit ur application on 31/12/2014. I did mine on the same date at 08:09 and I am waiting for response. what exactly is this global cap ? would they be catering 31st dec applications or not ?

Someone has guided me that I should wait for 120 days to get response. So it seems that probably get it by april. I am not sure now if I need to call CIC or wait for few days
