i called CIC today and i am march 7 applicant and the call centre agent was very nice and he told me that they have updated my application today and they have extended my medical today. he said my application is still in process and he can't access the iformation regarding background check.. so...

you can call them at 1888 242 2100 (Call Center) to know the status of your application but i guess you can't call visa office directly..

i called them three times already, first time they told me that my security background check is taking so long and second time they told me they haven't started my security background check and third time i called them just 2 days ago and now they have told me that they are still working on my...

NO i didn't but i called CIC twice and both times they said that they haven't started my security background check..
