Just an update...we did get an updated COPR today. I contacted the high comission in London UK. They expedited the correct version so he could still use the flight on the 21st. Thanks for the replies!

My husband just received his COPR document. All info is correct on it except the photo...it's not him!! Will he need to apply for a new COPR even though all the info is correct (minus the picture) We thought what he would do is get new pics taken, have them notarized, and just come to Toronto...

I called my MP, who got back to me within 24 hours. The visa has been ready since Feb!! So he's looking into why we haven't received any communication off the embassy. When in doubt contact your MP!!

We've gone through both stages and are at "decision made" for spousal sponsorship. The decision being they've approved my husband for PR. I know how long the gov takes. Didn't think the approval letter would take 65 days :-X
