How do I request for GCMS notes? How much is charged for this.

I had been waiting for more than 10 months after 2 AORs. I have never been asked for PR request fee. Background check also not started yet. My agent sent an email and got a reply that 'there is no maximum processing time limit'. What should I do?

Hi, Can you please give me an email address where I can email and expect a helpful reply. I emailed to question@cic.gc.ca and the auto generated reply asked me to do a case specific enquiry. I sent a message there but they never replied. This is making me so worried.
