Hi I have applied for NOC 2172 my application was received on 29th Dec. I saw status on 31 Dec and it was 256(150 accepted and rest for consideration) on CIC site. Now my question is: Some guys are posting that it is full. Is 700 applications was accepted in that time? Number doesn't add...
