    NOC 2172 application returned (Dec 23, 2014 submission) My application under NOC 2172 was submitted on Dec 23, 2015. I got the news today that it has been returned since cap for NOC 2172 was reached prior to it getting submitted. If anyone else has a similar situation, please let us know...

    FSWP 2014 - NOC 2172 Cap Status

    Hi All, My application under NOC 21172 was filed on Dec 23, 2014. Just today I got an email from my immigration advisor saying that the application was returned since NOC 2172 cap was already reached. I'm surprised at how this could have happened? According to CIC records, only 272 applications...
