Well there is a new Government now and I doubt whether there will be any draw anytime soon. Thinking outside the box, if there are any draws soon, the scores may go down as the liberals are more immigrant friendly. (just an assumption)

I express interest in PEI in march this year and I am still waiting on a response. Noc 4162. I have given up on express entry. My ielts will expire next year and I have no intention of doing it again as it is quite expensive for me as I have to travel to another country to do it.

In all fairness, I think it would have influenced the cut off point or the number of ITA's issued if you were not in the pool.
