    Easier said than done...as mentioned...Japan..my closest physician was 4 hours away by a bullet train(the really fast train). I will send an email asking if they had created the UMI...and go from there

    suddenly i am ineligible

    Same here, I was eligible in January then suddenly ineligible. I need the IELTS in November 2014,with an overall score of 8, i was eligible under FSW, I have enough funds. Whats going on? Should I reapply or email CIC?
