So finally some correspondence from ADVO. My wife got her re-medical request Alhumdulillah. From my last correspondence it only took 11 months and a talk with the MP's office to get the re-medical. InshaAllah just waiting now for PPR.

That's not a problem. Me and my wife talk on Skype and Whatsapp mostly and they send me a proof of communication as well last year and I sent them my whatsapp and Skype logs as well as a few times I call her directly from my cell phone. Provide lots of Whatsapp screenshots, that's what we did...

Usually they are like that. Even my consultant told me that don't email them too much within the processing times, they get annoyed. The online status check is useless don't even go by that, I received my ADR without even them updating it online, they updated my online status in Octorber 2014...
