Interview usually takes place after your application is placed under process at your local VO, that is after the second line update. But we have witnessed occasions where an interview was conducted after medicals, but it is extremely rare. Hope that answers your question. :)

No, it is not required for your 1 year old son. It is only required for people over 18 years of age.

Dear Rajiv, PCC is country specific and not state. You can submit your PCC either from your hometown or the state in which you are currently residing. Either way it is fine.
