Yes, its a level 3 (The same as the other poster) though in the UK that is equivalent to 2 or 3 "A-Levels"; seems a bit strange that it would only be assessed as 'one semester of post secondary education' Thanks for your help.

i submitted my Express entry form though it as been returned quoting 'You are not eligible for Express Entry'. Looking at the form it looks as though I have selected that I dont have an ECA wereas i do. Do I have to submit a whole new express entry profile to amend this detail? Thanks
