Hm I guess posting my previous comment helped: today my E-CAS showed 'decision made'! And I was mistaken about the PPR: I'm from a visa exempt country so I guess what I'm waiting for now is CoPR..:)

No news from my side unfortunately. My status changed to 'In Process' in February, I got the RPRF request in March and paid that right away, nothing since then... I sent Ottawa an email to change my address 2 weeks ago, up till now my address has not changed in E-CAS and I have not had a reply...

I sure hope so for you, however...: my status changed to 'in process' on Feb 23rd, request for RPRF payment came in March 10th (paid right away), no updates since...:(
