    CLB 7 to Max points earned? Conversion.

    Hi, Can anyone help me with converting my CLB 7 Band for first Lnaguage to Maximum Points earned for a single? The below section from cic.gc.ca, says that Maximum points for a single is 136. But when I convert CLB7, I am getting 17 points. But how do convert CLB7 to 136 Point scale? Thanks...
