Not sure as I applied in the prefettura in milano which has an online website. Try applying through the milan website and ask friend to check if they are willing to execute the documents. otherwise your friends may have to go to padova. Sorry cant be of too much help here.

I am not sure but the NOC type changes the recquirements for the process after the ITA. Different job types have different recquirements for language and experience and certfications from professional bodies. It will not affect your CRS score.

I would say that the Masters Degree would get you more points than the work experience after the bachelors.

Can anyone confirm that if I decline my ITA I would be able to remove/edit out the "doubtful" work experience from my EE profile and get back into the pool with the same profile (albeit with lower score) ? This seems to be the safest way ...

If I dont get a chance to apply with 456 points I would not be the only one dissapointed. But if I apply and then something wrong happens then I will be very dissapointed.

I didnt see this question about were you studying at that time .... under FSW EE profile creation.

But my internships were done while i was still studying ... I would not want to take a chance ... and would rather avoid the complications by declining the current ITA and doing it the right way.

The thing is I had hired an agent to do all of this in india. I thought they knew what they were doing. Are you sure that I can edit the EE profile after refusing ITA ??
