Today received an email from IRCC that my application has been received on 2021/01/05 Application was sent by courier on Dec 28th 2020 and was delivered on Dec 31st 2020.

I am also unable to link the application. I sent my renewal form on Dec 28th 2020 and was delivered on Dec 31st 2020, however did not hear anything yet about my application.
