Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it. I did my digital fingerprints at a private agency they submitt them automatically to Rcmp im Ottawa. I called the RCMP and told me that my fingerprints were sent to cic within 24h in paper. My worry is that they did not even open the mail received from RCMP.

Hi there, I sent my application on January 27 and was received on the 29th in Sydney office. I did not receive any confirmation email or letter from CIC. Is this normal? should I call CIC to confirm if they recieved my application? I am worried! I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks
