I uploaded one using the portal. Then sent in the other pcc via the form. Cic really lacks proper guidance. We are not suppose to assume ourselves. It will just be an extra sentence in their steps to let us indicate how to do it. Thankyou for your response. Really appreciate it.

Hi, The mistake I made was there should be no empty Field in the Dependent Form. Make sure you type N/A or Not Applicable in the empty Fields.

Oh no. I just saw your response, I have already sent the email by asking my mom to fill out the form. Probably then I have to send my information too. But that doesn't make any sense, why would they mislead us by using the word dependent.

Yes the exact same wording as your letter. My sister and I are no longer dependant on my mom so we don't have to fill out Imm 5406, is that right?

Hi, Yes they have mentioned the name of my mom as she is the principal applicant but the email was sent to me. So it's sort of confusing with the wording that they have used in IMM 5406. Should I also fill the form or it will be only my mom ?
