I don't have the number for them, they said on the letter for any info to fax or write a letter ( weird ) I will fax them a little letter tomorrow and see what they say. I am really hoping I don't need it lovely20 - we'll just miss each other!

Well my girlfriend and I got out conformation letters yesterday. Just waiting for the phone call for the landing interview! ( may have to be re scheduled because of my passport but am relieved to get AIP and PR at the same time )

lovely20.... I received ONLY my OWP in the mail yesterday, no letter or anything else....so maybe I only got first stage? When I talked to a phone agent yesterday she said my case had been transferred to the local Calgary office....I don't know what is up with mine either

Phew. I talked to a very nice lady on the phone from CIC who let me know that all I need to do is take my new passport to the landing interview - nothing else. She said the current wait time for my interview is 8 weeks, so I should have it by then and if not she just said to call and let them...

Sure will!...I am sticking on here until I land. :) I will have to call CIC and find out how much of a delay losing my passport is going to cause though..... :-[

God I hope the letter is in the mail today....anxious!

congrats lovely20!!!! Well, my passport is officially lost. Going to report it lost at the police station, get a police report, send it to the NZ High Commission in Ottawa then apply for a new one via the U.K ARGH! >:(

Yep, we are gonna rip apart my GFs parents computer room tonight, search my old bedroom etc. I flicked through all my paperwork, all the book in the apartment, literally not a place I did not check...it's definitely not at our place I'll have to ring CIC tomorrow and let them know and see what...
