    Thanks a million, I take it, it is still possible then, he is not married anymore but has two daughters from that relationship, I am in regular contact with them in Ontario. May have to contact the consulate in London for advice?

    I have cousins and distant relatives, my problem is I'm 45, I'm also married and have two children, we both have good jobs in the UK and also have equity in a house so all is good apart from my age, never thought 45 would be a problem lol

    My uncle is a Canadian citizen ans I was wondering if, under the new immigration rule if he could sponsor my family, he is my fathers twin and my father has sadly passed away. Any advice will be great kind regards.
