You are absolutely correct. I just called CIC the fourth time today. An agent has congratulated me and confirmed that my application had been approved and sent to Ottawa. He informed me to be patient and wait for PPR, which he was in no place to predict when it would happen.

I've received DM status today. Called CIC call center this morning, but agent couldn't tell me what decision was made. What does it mean?
