Hi All, I am also awaiting for MR since 10 months. Applied for GCMS notes and got it in Janaury 2015, which states that 'Review Required' and it was dated 9th October 2014. After that there is no development on my file. Could anyone suggest what would be the reason for the delay in MR request...
