What should I place for duration of expected employment if this is OWP under family sponsor?

I will have to double check what his work permit is. It's under LMO(his company wanted him to continue working for them) right now but his initial one was post graduate work permit.

Not accepting his LMO #, all the information I had placed for it is correct. I have checked over it several times. His score is not above 600, in the 400's.

Called them today. The person who answered said LMOs do not qualify for EE regardless of expiry date(only LMIA now). I told him that did not make any sense if the LMO was still valid than how was CEC suppose to apply through Express Entry. He has given me a e-mail address for "technical" support...

Tried updating it again but it would not. Everything looks correct. Perhaps his LMO is too old? or would expire before the process completes? I'll call CIC tomorrow.

Husband received his first message back from EE and it's telling him to check the job banks as he does not have a valid offer but he currently has a positive LMO and it does not expire until May 28, 2015. Any ideas on what we could do to fix this?

I'm going through those now. In the Document Checklist for USA #10 Proof of Relationship to Sponsor - it shows quite the number of things for "proof" (photos, airline tickets, letters, etc.). Would our marriage certificate not suffice in this case? We've been married since 2012.

I guess our fear with continuing with outbound is how long does it take until the PR is completely finished. We're reading 28 months IF it's send to LA and with no ability to have a work permit that leaves him doing nothing for over a year?

He's on an LMO at the moment. Is that going to affect my ability to apply for him as outbound?

If I apply as outbound, will my husband be able to get a work permit allowing him to continue to work from within Canada?

There is nothing underneath the stamp at all. It was CELPIP 2014 General test. Under stamp just signature of officer and date.
