Weird thing is when I called CIC the girl ask me if my card got charged. Does it mean something 5000 cap reached but they just don't want to tell, Then she said just wait for the letter either accepted or rejected.

Thanks wangshd! Yes I didn't give my UCI when I file my application because I don't have a UCI. I give my citizenship card number when I asked them to check. Is it because I don't have UCI so they return my application? I think the big mistake I have made is using Post Office. I mailed my file...
