My application was complete on November 15th but I have not received my PR card in the mail yet, is this usual or has my PR card been lost in the mail? If it is lost, who do I contact to send another card? Thank you

I see a June 14th just received their AOR - Another couple of members on June 21st are still waiting, I'm June 30th and waiting so hopefully you should hear back in a week or so. I wouldn't worry yet

Also, the Sponsorship Application Status still says in process but the Permanent Residence Application Status says decision made? will my COPR still be on-route or will it not be sent until both status' say decision made?

Is a visitor visa the only option? I'm in the exact same situation as my Canadian partner has to leave the UK at Christmas and we are in the dreaded London office waiting list, ideally I'd like to work and it's a shame it's the wrong time of the year to apply for a working visa.

Currently we are in a common law relationship but we have been living in the UK with my partners parents due to financial reasons, would this be a problem when applying? We both pay rent and we will draft up a contract between us and his parents which will be signed by a notary public.
